We prioritize your time and investment by conducting thorough inspections before shipment. You’ll receive detailed photos and videos at every stage—from block selection to cutting, packing, and loading—ensuring full transparency.
Step 3:Expert Consultation & Order Finalization
If the exact stone you’re seeking isn’t listed on our website, simply share a reference image with our team. We’ll assess the availability and sourcing options to fulfilling your request.
Step 4: Invoice Confirmation & Order Initiation
Once your order details are finalized, we issue a proforma invoice for your review. Upon receiving the initial deposit, our team promptly begins preparing, packing, and scheduling the dispatch of your products—ensuring a smooth and timely start to your order journey.
Step 5: Order Completion and Shipping
As your order reaches completion, we issue the commercial invoice. Once the balance is settled, we share all shipping documents promptly. To ensure full transparency, we keep you updated at every key milestone—from material selection to packing and loading—through detailed photos and videos, reinforcing our commitment to quality and trust.
